Education is important to people of all ages and lifestyles; education is key for teenagers and young adults; and education is even more crucial LGBT teenagers and young adults. Some things that need to be known are not. And our mission is to make those things known in order for the world to be a better and more tolerant place.

            Educate

To advocate is to stand up for the rights of others; to speak for those without the words to say, to be strong for those without the strength, and to fight for those without the means to. To advocate means to stand up for what is right, and lead others to do the same.

Advocate
 Support

Being an LGBT youth or young adult is hard and support is very necessary. Everyone needs to have some sort of support, however, one or two people cannot be the sole support system for the enter population of Houston LGBT youth and young adults, which is why by linking together LGBT youth, young adults, and allies throughout the entire Houston Area, we hope to make more support and help available.

“All young people, regardless of sexual orientation or identity, deserve a safe and supportive environment in which to achieve their full potential.”

- Harvey Milk
